Great place, very clean and organized, friendly staff always willing to help and answer questions. Called in a few times and got great customer service, no waiting. My daughter was transferred here by another office and the transition was smooth and everyone was very helpful to get my daughter going again to be seen. The doctors there are very knowledgeable in their profession and noticed some errors the other office had did to my daughters braces, but they are willing to correct with no problems. Love how they care and put their patients first! Highly recommend to family and friends.
It was a good experience going there it was clean it wasn’t a mess at all, amazing customer service and I got my braces on safely and gently they really helped my teeth get straight and there’s even a tv above the chairs where they put braces on! The staff was really nice and wasn’t pressuring me at all. In the lounge they have tvs for movies and some iPads for the little kids I enjoy going there as a kid myself overall just a really good place to get your braces on.
10 out of 10 I love everything about this place. they're super gentle with you and really kind. It's also really nice that they have tv's to distract you and I love the slushys that they have, they really hit the spot. At other places they hurt a lot more but here they are PROFESSIONALS, they really get the job done. I don't have before and after pictures but my teeth were HORRIBLE before but now I have the best teeth.I REALLY suggest going here.
